3. Click "Cart” on the top right corner of the page after placing all the products you wish to purchase in the shopping cart
4. Click “View Cart & Checkout” to check all items you added
5. Enter Promotion Code (if applicable) under the column of “Promo Code” and click “Apply”
6. Click “check out” to proceed checkout directly
7. Log in to your account to retrieve shipping details and fill in shipping info
8. Click “Proceed To Payment”
9. Make the payment via AsiaPay
10. Accept your delivery

Promotion Code Terms and Conditions
- Promotion code can only be applied prior to completing the order.
- Promotion code is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
- Certain promotion code can only be used once.
- You can only apply one code per order.
- Promotion Code may not apply to all products. For specific details, please refer to the T&C of each promotion code.
- Items bought with discount coupons are returnable and the consumer is eligible for a refund (please refer to our 14-day Unconditional Return Policy). The refund is limited to the actual payment amount after applying coupons. A coupon cannot be reused after a purchased item is returned.

You will receive an order confirmation email from Crocs online store if your order is sucessfully paid. To ensure you get the latest order updates, please make sure the email address you entered during checkout is correct.
- "Pending": An order has been placed but not yet been paid or payment is failed. Our system will cancel all "Pending" orders automatically at 12 a.m. of the next day and the order status will change to "Canceled".
- "Processing": You made the payment successfully and your order is under processing. The order information cannot be changed at this stage.
- "Completed": Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- "Canceled": Your order has been canceled by our system due to payment failure or you have made return request and it is accepted by us.
14-day Unconditional Return Service
We aim to provide a satisfactory after-sales service including but not limited to accepting unconditional returns of unsatisfactory products within 14 days upon receipt of order confirmation.
Products can be returned if the following conditions are fulfilled:
- No damage or stains
- With all parts originally included with the product
- Unworn, unused and unwashed
- With original packaging and tags intact
