Delivery Methods

1. Home Delivery

Delivery Charge

  • Free shipping with net purchase of HK$600 or above
  • For order less than HK$600, the delivery charge is HK$50 per order

Delivery Time

  • Commercial and industrial areas: 3 – 5 working days
  • Outlying islands: at least 5 working days
  • No delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holiday

Delivery Details

  • Your order will be delivered by S.F. Express or Pickupp Logistics Service to the address that you filled out on the checkout page.
  • Once your order is dispatched from the warehouse, our system will send you a “Shipment Confirmation Email” with waybill number of your order. You can check the shipment status by entering the waybill number on corresponding logistics' website. If you need to select the specify delivery time, please contact the logistic company by yourself.
  • To ensure the courier can contact you smoothly, kindly double confirm the mobile number that you submit at checkout page is correct.
  • If S.F. Express cannot contact you twice in a row, the order will be cancelled automatically and we will refund (excluding delivery charge) to your credit card within 20 business days.

2. Pick up at S.F. Stations

Delivery Details

  • Once your order is dispatched from the warehouse, our system will send you a “Shipment Confirmation Email” with S.F. Express waybill number of your order. You can check the shipment status by entering the waybill number on S.F. Express website. If you need to select the specify delivery time, please contact S.F. Express by yourself.   • Once your order is delivered to the designated S.F. Store, S.F. Express will send a SMS to inform you for pick up the order.
  • When you pick up your order at S.F. Store, you need to show the SMS to S.F. staff for verification. You can pick up your order once S.F. staff verified.
  • Please note that you need to pick up your order within 3 days after received the SMS from S.F Express. The overdue order will be collected by S.F. Express. You can call SF's customer service hotline to reschedule your pickup.

3. In-store Pickup

Delivery Charge

  • Free shipping with net purchase of HK$600 or above
  • For order less than HK$600, the delivery charge is HK$50 per order


Delivery Time

  • Order will be delivered to selected Crocs Retail Store within 3 – 5 working days
  • No delivery service on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Details

  • Once your order delivered to the Crocs Retail Store, our system will send you an “In-store Pickup Email”.
  • Kindly print out or show the “In-store Pickup Email” on your mobile to the staff for verify when you go to pick up the order in Crocs Retail Store. Staff will request you to sign off on the receipt for picking the order.
  • Please bring your own shopping bag for pick up the order, or you can also purchase a plastic bag for HK$1 at store.
  • Please note that you need to pick up your order within 14 days after receiving the “In-store Pickup Email”. Otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically and we will charge HK$50 as the return delivery charge. The charge will be deducted from the total refund amount of your order, and we will credit back to your credit card within 20 business days.

 

4. Pickup at Circle K Store

Delivery Charge

  • Free shipping with net purchase of HK$600 or above
  • For order less than HK$600, the delivery charge is HK$50 per order

 

Delivery Time

  • Order will be delivered to selected Circle K Store within 7-10 working days
  • No delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holiday


Delivery Details

  • Your order will be delivered by Jumppoint to the Circle K store that you have chosen on the checkout page.
  • Once your order is dispatched from the warehouse, our system will send you a “Shipment Confirmation Email” with Jumppoint waybill number of your order. You can check the shipment status by entering the waybill number on Jumppoint website. (Please click here to check the shipment status.)
  • Once your order is delivered to the designated Circle K Store, Jumppoint will send a SMS to inform you for pick up the order.
  • When you pick up your order at Circle K Store, you need to show the SMS to Circle K staff for verification. You can pick up your order once the staff verified.
  • Please note that you need to pick up your order within 3 days after received the SMS from Jumppoint. The overdue order will be collected by Jumppoint. You can contact Jumppoint customer service hotline to reschedule your pickup. We will refund (excluding delivery charge) to your credit card within 20 business days.
