    Exchange & Return Policies

    1. Crocs Hong Kong will offer a one-time exchange/return for any item(s) purchased on our website on the condition that the following criteria are met:

      • Purchased item(s) must be in their original packaging, have the original product tags attached and show no visible signs of wear and tear; and

      • Purchased item(s) were not sold as discounted goods and/or part of any promotions.

    2. If the above criteria are met, you may log into your Crocs Hong Kong account and create an “Exchange/Return Request” within 14 days of the initial online order.

    3. No requests will be accepted by Crocs Hong Kong after the prescribed 14 days has lapsed.

    4. Customer(s)’s exchanged/returned items that are found to be damaged and/or soiled will not be accepted by Crocs Hong Kong and will be sent back to the customer.

    5. Defective goods: Goods are classified as defective only if they are damaged upon arrival, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days of purchase. Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

    6. Please note that Crocs Hong Kong retail stores will not accept and/or process any requests for exchange/return and/or take possession of exchange/return items purchased via the website.

    7. Crocs Hong Kong reserved the right to vary and/or amend the terms and conditions of this policy at any time without prior notice.

    8. In the event of dispute, the decision of Crocs Hong Kong shall be final and conclusive.

    貨品更換或退還政策

    1. 任何購自Crocs 香港網站的商品,我們僅可提供一次 更換/退貨服務,但必須符合下列標準:

      • 需保留原有購買包裝及產品上的標籤,並不能帶有明顯穿戴與磨損痕跡;及

      • 所有折扣及/或任何促銷商品,將不獲提供此服務。

    2. 若符合以上要求,你可在網上訂購交易完成日起14天內,登入您的Crocs香港帳戶,並建立一個“更換/退還申請“。

    3. 超過規定的14天後,Crocs香港將不接受任何請求。

    4. 若商品被發現有損壞與/或髒污情況,Crocs 香港將不接受更換/退還要求,並將之寄回至客戶。

    5. 瑕疵品:僅在商品到達前已被損壞,或是在購買14天內發現因製造的失誤而引致的損壞,方可被定為瑕疵品。請注意,商品因穿著或磨損造成的損害恕不接受處理。

    6. 請注意,Crocs香港的概念店及各特約商戶,均不接受與/或處理任何由網上訂購之貨品換/退貨要求。

    7. Crocs香港保留任何更改及/或修正政策條款之權利,並不另行通知。

    8. 若有任何爭議,Crocs香港保留最後決策權利。
