    Exchange & Return Instructions

    Step 1:

    Login in to your account and select “Exchange/Return Request”.  Choose the order number that corresponds to the items product(s) that you are exchanging/returning.

    Step 2:

    Select the reason for exchanging/returning the product(s).

    Step 3:

    In the “Comments” area, please specify a few details regarding your exchange, such as the style, color and size. Please indicate your address, preferred date and time of exchange within 10am – 1pm or 2-6pm. Our courier service personal will bring you the new item and pickup the item which you want to exchange.

    Step 4:

    Our Customer Service team will be in touch with you to verify your request. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

    For Exchange:

    Our couriers will undertake to deliver the products upon confirmation of eligible exchange request by Crocs Hong Kong.

    For Return/Refund:

    Upon receiving the customer’s return request, Crocs Hong Kong will verify and process the return/refund request accordingly. We will proceed with your refund.

    For your own protection, Crocs Hong Kong recommends that you use a registered delivery service as Crocs Hong Kong will not be liable and/or be held responsible for any packages that are claimed to have been sent by you and are eventually not received by Crocs Hong Kong.  We will credit you a $30 store credit for your inconvenience.

    Please note in the event that you need to exchange/return items located in the prohibited zones and outlying Islands as indicated below, please ship your items through a registered delivery service to this address:

    Please allow 24hrs to process your exchange/return request and a courier will be available at your selected Preferred Date & Pickup Time.

    **Kindly adhere to the Exchange and Return instruction accordingly to ensure your requests are being processed promptly.

    貨品更換或退還說明

    步驟 1:

    請在”意見”區說明貨品更換的細節,包括款式、顏色及尺寸。以及提供你的地址,和方便更換時間(上午10 :00-下午1:00或下午2:00-6:00),我們的速遞人員將送上新商品,並取回須更換的商品。

    步驟 4:

    我們的客戶服務團隊將與你聯絡,確認你的申請。運費及手續費恕不退還。

    貨品更換:

    速遞人員待Crocs香港確認更換的商品符合要求後,才進行運送服務。

    退貨/退款:

    在收到客戶的退貨要求後,Crocs香港將核對並處理退貨/退款要求,然後再安排您的退款事宜。.

    為確保你的權益,Crocs香港建議使用掛號遞送服務。我們將不為任何你聲稱已寄出,而Crocs香港最終並未收到之商品負責。由於此建議或許引致閣下不便,所以我們將回贈$30網上優惠劵,作為下次購物使用。
