What size Crocs should I purchase?Order the closest available size to your usual shoe size. If you typically wear a half-size, we recommend ordering the next largest full size. For detailed sizing information, please see the sizing chart on each product page.
What is the warranty on Crocs footwear?All of Crocs products are under warranty for up to 90 days after your purchase. Please contact our friendly Customer Service Team at (toll free) 800 905 443 / 3920 0499 and one of our representatives will be happy assist you.
Is it safe to order on-line with my credit card?Yes, your privacy is paramount. Crocs Footwear's web cart has state of the art security and encryption parameters and sits behind the firewall of a worldwide leader in software technology.
Changing or Cancelling Your OrderWe begin processing orders immediately. For this reason we are unable to change or cancel orders. If you have any questions about your order please contact our friendly Customer Service Team at (toll free) 800 905 443 / 3920 0499 . We cannot accept e-mail requests for order changes or cancellations.
What is the return policy on Crocs products?Crocs Hong Kong will exchange online purchases upon proof of purchase if the item is unworn and returned within 14 days of purchase subject to conditions of our exchange policy. Please refer to our exchange policy and return instructions for more details.
Where can I purchase Crocs?The shoes can be purchased at www.crocs.com.hk or through a variety of individual dealers and of course our concept stores . The dealers can be located through our website in the Store Locator.
Would I receive a confirmation email of my purchase?All submitted online orders will receive an automated confirmation email. I purchased or received a gift from a Crocs store overseas, can I exchange them here in Hong Kong, Macau and outlying islands?Being a global brand, it is not necessary that we will accept an exchange for Crocs purchased outside Hong Kong, Macau and outlying islands. Kindly make sure you have proof of purchase and contact our friendly Customer Service Team at (toll free) 800 905 443 / 3920 0499 or email us at customerservice_hk@crocs.com for further information.
Do you deliver to another country?For safe & effective delivery, we do not offer this service outside Hong Kong, Macau and outlying islands.
